Wael Darwish is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Specializing in management, business development, sales, and operations, he has held key positions in top international companies, successfully leading teams, managing large-scale projects, and driving business growth.

Based in Dubai, his extensive work across the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and  Europe has given him a global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse markets. With a passion for continuous learning, he has undergone intensive training in both technical and managerial fields, allowing him to navigate industry challenges with agility and foresight.

Beyond his corporate career, Wael is a thinker, writer, and poet with a unique approach to understanding the intricate connections between mind, body, and spirit. A pivotal moment in his life came after being diagnosed with Type II diabetes followed by a heart attack that led to open-heart surgery. This experience fueled years of research into health, stress, and resilience, leading to the development of a transformative wellness program designed to help the body reset to its "factory settings." His method focuses on enriching the body with essentials, optimizing energy, and minimizing internal and external damage to restore balance and well-being.

Writing has become an integral part of his journey. He has published books in both Arabic and English and is currently working on several new ones, including a book on stress management and another exploring relationships, love, and the biochemical and emotional shifts that impact marital stability. His writing style is light, engaging, and infused with humor, making complex ideas accessible and enjoyable. He has also written numerous fantasy books and poems and plans to publish them in the near future.

إلى جانب مسيرته المهنية، وائل هو مفكر، كاتب و شاعر يمتلك رؤية فريدة لفهم الروابط المعقدة بين العقل، الجسد و الروح. شهدت حياته نقطة تحول رئيسية بعد تشخيصه بمرض السكري من النوع الثاني، تلاه نوبة قلبية أدت إلى جراحة قلب مفتوح. دفعه هذا الحدث إلى سنوات من البحث في مجالات الصحة والتوتر والمرونة، مما أدى إلى تطوير برنامج صحي تحولي مصمم لمساعدة الجسم على إعادة ضبط نفسه إلى "إعدادات المصنع". تركز طريقته على إثراء الجسم بالعناصر الأساسية، وتحسين الطاقة، وتقليل الأضرار الداخلية والخارجية لاستعادة التوازن والعافية

 

أصبح الكتابة جزءاً أساسياً من رحلته. فقد نشر كتباً باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، ويعمل حالياً على عدة مشاريع جديدة، بما في ذلك كتاب عن إدارة التوتر وآخر يستكشف العلاقات والحب والتحولات البيوكيميائية والعاطفية التي تؤثر على استقرار الزواج. يتميز أسلوبه الكتابي بالخفة والجاذبية ولمسة من الفكاهة، مما يجعل الأفكار المعقدة سهلة الفهم وممتعة. كما كتب العديد من الروايات الخيالية والقصائد، ويخطط لنشرها في المستقبل القريب
